Vehicle history:
Owned from January 1986 till October 2009 by 1
person. In 1984 the vehicle was converted to a 1983 Sud TI look with the
3rd series front wings, TI headlights, Sud TI QV TRX wheels, 3rd series
TI front & rear plastic bumpers and 3rd series Sud door cards. The front seats and rear bench were exchanged
for a complete Corbeau GT interior and the engine replaced with 1300cc
double carburator engine. A Liquified Propane Gass (LPG) installation
was added. In 1986 the vehicle was restored but not thorough enough
which led to the vehicle being stalled since March 1989 when it failed
the yearly roadworthiness test. From March 1989 till October 2009 it had
been standing still. In October 2009 the vehicle was dismantled for
parts for AS*5008244*904A and the empty body used is now a donor part
for some future restoration project. The front of the vehicle was in
very bad condition, the rear end which is Giardinetta unique is in
pretty decent condition. The vehicle was dismantled as a parts donor in
October 2009 because the vehicle documentation was lost during its 20
years storage period and therefore the vehicle couldn't be brought back
on the road. This
vehicle is therefore no longer existing. |
