Vehicle history: This car started its life as a service vehicle for the German Alfa Romeo dealer "Hans H Stahlberg" in the city of Hamburg. The second owner was the race tire specialist "Internation Rennreifenservice" which used it also as a service vehicle and was affiliated with the Alfa Romeo dealer Stahlberg. The third and current owner (status Jul.'11) bought the car in 1989. At that time the car had 3rd series plastic Sud bumpers and 3rd series Sud headlight and thus front wings. The meticulous restoration of this vehicle has taken 10 years and was finished in 2005. The current owner prefers convenience/functionality over 100% original appearance. Although the vehicle is a tipo 904B the bumpers, engine bonnet and boot are from the tipo 904A. The square headlights have been replaced with the halogen Sud TI headlights to improve visibility and the engine comes from an Alfa 33. This vehicle was featured in the German oldtimer magazine AutoBild Klassik in 2007 & 2010.
