Vehicle history:
This tipo 904B was purchased
by the Danish owner (who put it up for sale in Oct.'14) in July 1985 and was driven till January
1990. He was the second owner after the car was first registered on
August 16th 1979 in Denmark. During the second ownership the colour was
changed from Bianco Capodimonte into red and the engine was replaced by
a 1200cc or 1300cc engine. Some of the rims were replaced by Sud TI
steel wheels, the rearview mirrors were replaced with plastic 3rs series
Sud ones and the luggage compartment door hinges were replaced with completely
different ones which could very well be home made ones. From 1990 onwards it was stored with the
intent to be restored. The owner never got around to restoring and put
it up for sale in October 2014 either for restoration or part purposes.
The 2nd Danish owner is the proprietor of cat & dog food store "Hundeogkattefuder".
Most of the pictures shown below were received from the owner in October 2014.
In March 2017 a German enthusiast who has been restoring Alfa's for 30
years purchased the vehicle and brought it from its Danish residence
Aarhus to its new home in Hamburg Germany. The new owner intends to
restore the car into its factory original specifications. |
